With a background that started inside the company and evolved into owning partner strategy and execution, Niels focuses on turning integrations, agencies, and GTM collaborators into scalable, repeatable growth channels rather than one-off opportunities.

Over his time at Salesforge, Niels has developed partnership programs that go beyond co-marketing and referrals. He works closely with product and revenue teams to package capabilities for partners, create clear onboarding and enablement flows, and build commercial models that make partner-led growth predictable and measurable.
